Bugs on the lobby floor and hallways. Recumbent bike didn't turn on.
Update devices charging areas in room Bubbler needed to work on pool Breakfast great
the First room I was in had white stains on the comforter and a big pile of wet hair on the shower wall the room had not been cleaned. I called to moved to another room. The second room I was moved to the floor just outside the bathroom was soaking wet. When I called front desk to let them know she said thank you I’ll write it down.. so I placed a few bathroom towels on the floor to cover the wet area.
I liked the Staff. They were very helpful. Food was a plus
Very nice clean room with comfortable beds. We are traveling with grandkids and were very disappointed that the pool didn't open until 10:00 am.
Rebecca started it off pretty bad. When gou are traveling you are tired. She was not friendly or welcomig. She did let us sign in early and then put us in the last room at the end of a long hall when we are obvuously over75. This was not our first visit but will probably not stay here agian~ there are many other nice places in town.
The jacuzzi bath did not work. The tv in the bed room was so far away from the bed you could barley see. The pillows were hard.
This is a return visitand wull stay on our return home. Good resferaunt right next doir.
Room was nice but had a musty smell. Insulation poor. Could hear people in room next door talking and TV till late into the night.
good location for looking around in the Dodge City area. Nice staff, clean rooms.
Beautiful large room--very comfy--and welcoming staff.Good food too..
good for couples and families. Pool clean. Breakfast well stocked and supplies.
We booked a Jet tub room, when we got there we were informed that the tub in our room didn't work correctly and they were booked and another jet tub room wasn't available. So we took the room anyway. We got into the room and no lights at all in the bathroom. Needless to say this hotel never did a thing to comp us for the mishaps never apologized. Don't stay here!!
I enjoyed the one night stay. Modern facility, good beds although, they should have 2 choices for pillows. The pillows were the fat and firm instead of the soft and cushy I personally prefer. Room was a nice size, they have luggage carts which I appreciate and elevators. Breakfast included cold and hot items. Omelets, sausage, bacon, waffles, pastries, yogurt etc.. You get the idea. Much better than many of the hotels. They even had real plates! Would stay again. Close to sights and restaurants.
Very nice hotel, the amenities were good, pool area needed some work. Overall the stay was very pleasent and a decent price for the room we had.
Over all a great place to stay while in Dodge City.
Had a great weekend the inn was very clean and everyone was nice
