The staff member that checked me in was much sharper than most desk agents. He was thorough, concise and knowledgeable. My only disappointments are that the room price came out 30% higher than website. The second disappointment was I tripped on a sheet of plywood they is above the floor but below the carpeting. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was very rude at the front desk during check-in and then when I had an issue, they were sorry too bad. You can leave a note for the manager in the morning when you leave. It was very ridiculous.
