This stunning 5,000 sq.ft., 6 bedroom estate is located on the beautiful Dean Parkway in Minneapolis. Located directly next to the Midtown Greenway, a 5.7 mile trail that follows the path of an abandoned route of the Milwaukee Road railway. The Greenway will take you to Lake of the Isles, Bde Maka Ska, and Uptown, with fabulous dining options and unique shops.
The Dean Parkway Estate immediately welcomes you upon entering the breathtaking front entryway. The main level includes a large family room with home theatre sound, baby grand player piano, and a gourmet kitchen complete with a butler pantry and bar. Everything you need to impressively entertain! The kitchen has a large center island for seating and opens to a vaulted family room. Don’t forget the main floor bedroom ensuite with access to main floor laundry and a mudroom. Gorgeous walnut floors, custom built-ins, and whole home audio integrated throughout.
The lower level has a large queen bedroom with walk-in closet, full bathroom, a living room area with plenty of seating, TVs for accessing your favorite streaming services, workout area, and a large custom built-in desk work-area for the busy professional. There’s also a foosball table that converts to a pool table and ping pong!
The upper level is where you’ll find the spacious master king ensuite. This ensuite includes a seating area complete with fireplace and tv with home theatre sound experience. The master bathroom is incredibly spacious and bright. Indulge yourself with a soak in the home spa or clean up for a night out in the custom shower. The upper level also includes second floor laundry, Jack and Jill bedroom/bathroom, and an additional king ensuite.

This was a beautiful and spotless property for a family gathering. The location is perfect to explore the Minneapolis lakes area and return home to luxury. We had everything we needed available at the house and readily available grocery stores nearby. I would highly recommend this home.
