Essential information to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable:

Smart lock front door entry:
to unlock the door enter your secure code on the keypad followed by the three horizontal lines at the top.

Pool rules and hours:
The pool is available 24 7 for your enjoyment, please ensure that small children or those who cannot swim are properly supervised at all time, strictly prohibited to touch or adjust any pool equipment or machinery.

Ping pong table:
the ping pong table is located in the pool area and needs to be unfolded before use, the paddles and balls are located right on top of the table by the pool positioned in the middle between two seats.

Bedroom projectors:
Each projector comes with a built in firestick for your streaming entertainment, use the remote control to navigate or you can use Prime and remember to log out of your personal accounts before departure.

Charcoal grill:
The barbecue grill uses charcoal only and is neither gas nor electric
please bring your own charcoal and clean the grill grates after each use ensuring coals are fully extinguished.

Kitchen gas stove:
the stove operates on gas
please ensure all burners are completely turned off after cooking

fireplace:
If you wish to use the fireplace you must bring your own firewood.

Trash and recycling:
Trash bins are located outside near the side gate the collection days are tuesday and friday.

Emergency contacts:
local emergency 911 or host contact number available through the booking platform messaging.

🏡 House Rules – Milton Family Home with Pool

✅ Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No unauthorized late check-outs without approval

✅ Guests & Visitors
• Registered guests only (maximum 8 persons)
• No parties or large gatherings
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

✅ Pool Safety
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No diving, running, or glass around the pool
• Pool is for registered guests only
• Please close pool gate after use

✅ General Rules
• No smoking inside the house
• No pets (unless pre-approved, no dogs in bedrooms because of carpets, no dogs in the pool and clean up after your dogs poop.
• Dispose of trash in designated bins
• Respect neighbors and community guidelines

Note: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be present throughout the entire stay. A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age prior to check-in.
