Clean room but had musty smell in the air conditioner.
The property was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Room had all all the extras and they all worked. Would recommend this hotel to others.
I found the facilities to be quite accommodating and the staff was helpful and friendly.
The door to my room would not close without a lot of effort on my part. I had to use the key card to close it from the outside, then when I went back it was ajar. When I said something to management, they indicated that hinges needed to be adjusted and I just had to lift the door to shut it. I did not feel safe and instead of staying 2 nights, I stayed one. Also, this hotel is apparently a rest stop for truckers. It felt seedy and I was not happy at all about the stay.
I was appreciative of the courtesy and professional service of the staff.
