room in very poor condition, old everything. Pictures on website very misleading! Room stunk from smoke and not having fresh air for months! We checked the room and left after seeing it. Your "No Refund" policy is very bad when we cannont see the room before committing. We will not use Orbitz again!

Not enough lightening needed more restaurants within walking distance

Front desk staff was friendly and check in was fast. However, there were roaches in the room including inside the fridge.

We discovered various fleas in the room. Also, the room had a strong smoking odor. Needless to say, the experience with this hotel was really bad.

Room was stinky, floor needed to be vacuum. Bathroom ceiling had water stain, paint peeling. Floors was dirty in the bathroom especially in the corners. Room was not ready when we got the keys, housekeeping was still working on room.
