Ok, this is middle of nowhere Montana, but is as good a stopover when traveling this area of the country as you will find. Immediately off the interstate, very well run independent hotel, complimentary snacks, soup and the best included breakfast for this class of hotel I’ve encountered.

If passing through, The Miles City Hotel and Suites is a must stay. The most accommodating, friendly staff and personal touches set this place above the rest. The owners and staff have done an amazing job of upkeep and updates. On a recent 3600 miles family trip, The Miles City Hotel and Suites was by far our favorite and most memorable stay. It will likely be another couple of years before we pass through the area again, but we will certainly be staying here when we do. Well done Miles City Hotel and Suites!

I have not ever given a 5 star rating until now. It's not that I'm difficult to please, rather because I've never had such a good experience before. It started when checking in; the concierge was super helpful and courteous. The room was clean and neat and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The room staff were friendly and supportive, fostering a how may we help you? attitude. Rather than just serving a cheap bare bones continental breakfast, MC serves hot breakfast too; with a choice of meats, eggs, make-your-own omelets, burritos and waffles, and potatoes. They also serve light meals in the afternoon/evening. We noticed that Miles City Hotel pays attention to the details and good service is a major detail. MC clearly pursues customer satisfaction in every category of service and it shows. When I'm in Miles City I will stay at the Miles City Hotel & Suites and I recommend you do too. Mark
