OK, but...

Our room was poorly designed. I traveled extensively over a 35 year career staying in over 2500 individual hotel rooms. The are specific things in the room like a sink that was a perfect height for a small child, much to low for an adult. The same with the toilet very, very low. There were only two small towels in the room and finally the worst. Very small pillows that were rock hard. I've never seen pillows like this in all my travels. If there would have been another hotel in the area I would have moved. This is a remote town with literally two restaurants, one was closed, the other was a pizza place and then a Subway with a very limited menu. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. Overall if you stay here it's safe and clean. Bring your own pillows and ask for extra towels when you check in.

The staff was polite and made check-in quick and easy. The latch to my door was broken and there was no iron in my room. Also the cable did not work well.

Technology is not for everyone

I was charged twice.. Not all matured adults are familiar with todays technology and fast pace of apps.. I am hoping it is rerurned and this has never happened to me.. I was disappointed because I traveled for a family funeral and it was late but that should have never happened as I grieved a loved one. BLAH!!

Went for volleyball to Colstrip, the hotel was very accommodating! Staff was excellent, clean everywhere, pretty outdated but still a pleasant stay! The beds were very uncomfortable but clean! Breakfast was nice and stocked
