The bed was very comfortable, the unit was clean, it had a TV, fridge and microwave and front desk fellow was very pleasant. Overall I slept well and felt safe. A few negatives...The smoke detector was removed. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor and it's right next to a gas station/truck stop. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
It’s great for pets since the doors open to the outside. I used to stay in Billings and I hated it. Now I stay in miles city just for this hotel.
It was old, the bed was uncomfortable, and the staff were not real friendly.
Shabby rooms and filthy grounds.
The double room is very compact.
Good staff.
Grass wasn’t mowed and dog poop had been there for some time.
Staff were pleasnt and very helpful. Motel was clean, quiet and convenient.
Almost too much to describe here. It looks as if they have taken an old run down building and are trying to remodel it. On the plus side the rooms (plural) were clean but the facility maintenance is entirely missing the mark. On checkin the credit card reader didn’t work. The first room seemed good but after unpacking clothes I found the door wouldn’t lock when I went to leave. I was moved to second room but new room key didn’t work. After three trips back to the desk, the manager came out to see what was wrong, his master key worked but mine didn’t. Eventually he came back with a key that worked. Once I settled in the room I found the fridge didn’t work, the microwave had a bad cord, the sink had extremely high pressure without a screen, hot and cold lines were reversed. So now I just wanted to go to sleep which is when I realized the box spring under the mattress was broken. An ice bucket and a Gideons held it up nicely though. Breakfast was in a brown sack which included a bottle of water, a snack bar, the smallest individual muffin I’ve ever seen, and a bottle of orange juice. Just how long does OJ have to sit around before mold forms on the inside of the bottle? Apparently not as long as this bottle has been sitting around. So there it is, the housekeeping staff seems to do a really good job of cleaning the rooms but everything else fails.
Conveniently located, very clean, friendly staff, nice room
The room was dirty. Floor was unclean. The table in the room was littered with materials from their remodel. Im fairly certain that the sheets had been slept in previously, and there was a hair in them. They also do not have coffee in the morning
