Room very spacious and clean but decor tired and outdated. Very ordinary damaged small fridge. Bathroom also clean and very spacious but tiles need repair and toilet upgraded. Carpark tight parking. Very well located across road from shopping plaza and close walk to Coles supermarket same side.

Knowing that the condition of the premises is NOT the result of the Manager’s in attention , I advise that the room & fixed furniture definitely requires significant maintenance. I believe there have been several requests/reports to the Landlord & these have been duly ignored. The carpet in the entrance doorway is a tripping hazard due to significant wear; a cupboard which possibly housed a small fridge is has mould in it; a new bar fridge is precariously sitting on a luggage shelf & needs to be held when opening the door as the fridge could easily fall to the floor; timber furniture fittings (very worn) need to be re-varnished. The staff work very hard to make surroundings welcoming & comfortable & clean. I cannot be as complimentary toward the Landlord. He needs to lift his game!!!

Our stay was reasonably good and the owner and staff super friendly. It was a great location with the Mildura Central shopping plaza across the road and Coles supermarket close by. The only downside is that the room that we were was in desperate need of an upgrade - a little tired and dated. Apart from that the room was extremely clean!
