Magnolia Lodge
Located in a quiet street, a recently updated front yard and only a short stroll of 400m to the nearest restaurants, 800m from Mildura's CBD, supermarket and shopping Mall. Magnolia Lodge is ready for a weekend or special event with 3 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 2 king singles and 2 bathrooms. A large outdoor area is waiting with deck and bbq ready for those lovely evenings outside. Within walking distance to the riverfront with cafes, playgrounds and powerhouse precinct waiting for you to explore.
The space
We have available 2 bedrooms with King beds and a 3rd bedroom with 2 king singles. There are floorboards throughout, with air-conditioning and heater.
There is a generous main bathroom with toilet, shower and bath and a second smaller bathroom located off the laundry with shower and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, gas cooktop, microwave, large fridge, cutlery, plates, glasses etc as well as a coffee pod machine.
Our lounge room is spacious and a dinning room opposite the kitchen.
We have an undercover outdoor deck with table and chairs and BBQ available for your use. There is a large area of lawn that your children or furry friends can play in which is completely enclosed and a lockable gate if you wish to drive your cars behind the fence for security. There is also space to park in the driveway and on the street.

All areas of the property are at the guests disposal other than 2 locked cupboards for cleaning purposes.

Generally a great stay but a couple of little things let it down . In need of a look at PowerPoints as some were not working or a bit dodgy . Also lampIn single bedroom had no globe or glove replacement. Place was lovely but floors were dirty on entry … very dusty with whirls of accumulated dust… you need to speak to your cleaner!! Dish cloth was seriously in need of replacement… we had to buy one as the other was so thin and had so many holes from the beginning it deteriorated quickly.Either don’t offer pump handwash and stick to soap or fill it! Watered down and felt a bitt mean. Understand some visitors take fullPumps but at least half fill or don’t offer … Hand towel to complement tea towel would be good/ lucky we brought one to insulate fridge bag Back yard was lovely and bbq clean ( we cleaned after use but had to buy hand towels to do it ) Beds comfy and bathrooms perfect … close to everything and a lovely quiet street. Overall a great stay but needs a bit of attention to detail …

Spotlessly clean and comfortable and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Back yard safe and great for our two small dogs. Would have liked more info about how to use the tv as we are not very tech smart!

Had a slight hiccup with the incorrect code provided to access the keys, but otherwise had a nice stay. Lovely older house that has benn nicely renovated. Plenty of space for 4 people and great location. Instructions on how to switch on the oven/cook tops would be helpful, and more than one oven proof dish.
