The style of this hotel is a bit too old for me and the breakfast is just okay but nothing special. Good cleaning and nice service. Around the hotel there are good restaurants and a huge market. Close enough to a metro as well.
We booked two nights in a superior double which was more standard than superior. It lacked tea/coffee facilities in the room and we expected slippers or a bathrobe but no 'extras' were supplied. The worst part was the room had an unpleasant lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke - even after airing the room with open windows each day. The decor was a little shabby and shiny and the whole hotel would benefit from some renovation. The elevators were noisy and rather disconcerting - wondered if we would reach our room or reception intact! The breakfast was correct and great cappucino. What makes up for the shabbiness and unattractive surroundings were the staff who were welcoming, smiling, friendly, helpful and service-oriented. We had a problem with our room and the receptionist offered to change the room and offered compensatory drinks for our inconvenience immediately and with no hesitation. The issue was resolved and we were satisfied. A satisfactory hotel to stay in, with underground parking, and fairly convenient location.
I stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms are small, but it was very clean and quite, which is the most important thing for me in every hotel. It is old fashionate hotel and a little renovation wan't be bad. I told at the reception and to staff that there's no need to clean my room, because I do it, but despite it they made my bad every day. Breakfast was very good with great cappuccino. Lady at reception was very helpfull with information where is something in the town. Hotel is near Metro and it was great for me.
Due to BA cancelling our flights back to UK for us got put up in this hotel. It was a grey rainy Febuary day and we had been down in Rome for the weekend for the rugby.By the time we got to the hotel and due to the weather known of us went out.We were fed but given no choice what we could eat.The food was good what they gave us.The rooms were tired looking in places and there was noise of traffic and not very good outlook.Would have rather stayed in a smaller hotel in the heart of the city if I ever go back.
I was here for 4 days, in a bussines trip. The services are really good, offering the 4 stars that they are. Very rich breakfast, good food. Also the food at the meniu at the restaurant is short but good. The personal is very kind and friendly. The room is very clean (they change the sheets and towels daily). Also very pleasant surprised of the smoker's room. Very easy to get to the metro and tramp, 5 min walk. I will be back for sure!! ❤
We have been at this hotel for 2 nights and we are very satisfied with our booking. The hotel is wonderful, clean and includes most amenities. Its location is good with a metro station and tram stop very close. Breakfast is very decent as well. Highly recommended!
A group of 7 of us and we all really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is easy to find and located a 5 minute walk from the metro station. The hotel is well kept and felt luxurious. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient without being obtrusive, this includes everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaners. I must give Alessandro, who looked after us in the bar most days, a special mention as he was outstanding and made our stay as although he was attending to other guests, he made us feel like we were special and the only ones there. Would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Milan.
I was pleasantly surprised by the value of this hotel. What to put first? My higher score goes to the bed! Probably the best I tried in hotel. The second is good breakfast - a good variety of food plus wonderful coffee and fruits. The Internet was relatively fast and stable. The room was big enough, clean and equipped with all what you need for your stay. The location is another plus as it was very near to metro station. In sum, I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers!
Only stayed one night waiting for a plane connection. Lobby, rooms, even the hallways were beautiful. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Location was away from major attractions, but public transportation in Milan is plentiful, easy and cheap.
The only thing I would say that was negative is that the rooms only have one electrical socket. Meaning when over with things that need charged it was only be one item at a time. Everything else was perfect.
