This place is dirty as hell! With sticky floors and an horrible smell. The blankets are full of holes and you cannot be sure they changed the linen before you arrived. The staff is not even surprised when you ask a refund or ask for new linen. The pillows have had better days and the oven hasn’t seen a cleaning product in ages. We were bitten by bedbugs and the smell gave us an headache. On top of that you will know the train timetables by heart! If you don’t close your door at night you might have someone entering your room! Finally you will hear everything your neighbors are doing To sum up even if it is cheap, it doesn’t worth the price! Stay away!!

Worst hotel. Very dirty and filthy. Located in shady place. Staff lady is very rude and not helpful at all. We decided to lose 200 Euro instead of staying in such terrible room. Do not fall for this. Also, heating is bad and the whole building is cold. Train noise is very loud.

So basically that’s what you have to do: always remember it’s cheap, one of the cheapest places you can find in Milan, and not bad located. Keep it in mind when you notice your curtains and your bed cover are stained. Keep it in mind when you hear the train at night from your room. Keep it in mind when you notice your bath furniture is utter crap.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay despite some of the poor reviews for this accommodation. Ricardo, on reception, was very welcoming and pointed out various places of interest and offered suggestions for restaurants. We had a twin room on the ground floor overlooking the railway. Once the shutters were down this was not a problem. The trains did not run through the night anyway. Beds clean and comfortable and we had Krups coffee pod machine and kettle for tea. Also a fridge. TV had Italian programmes but found a music channel and You Tube. The accommodation is close to Cenisio Metro which is a new driverless link which even the grown ups wanted to sit at the front to "drive" definitely worth a ride. We found travel with the 24 hour ticket good and could purchase at the stations. Travelled from Bergamo airport by bus (10 euros return) took about an hour. Very comfortable and reliable. Found the Offside Pub on the last night. Very friendly place and highly recommend a visit.

Very stylish lobby and rooms, clearly been refurbished recently. Great first impression - staff on reception fantastic, on arrival gave us a map and showed us their recommendations with lots of welcome advice! Room spotlessly clean with good facilities, kitchenette, lounge corner with TV (no English channels mind) and good shower. Maids came every other day which was fine for us. Location was great - just a few mins walk from the Metro and tram. We didnt notice any prostitutes as other users have mentioned! Negatives - train noise at night due to being next to the railway yard, also we couldnt work out the oven and neither could reception (we pan fried the pizza lol!). Overall very happy for what we paid - would gladly recommend!

Where do I start! The man on reception when we arrived was really polite and helpful. The other reception staff could do with taking a leaf out of his book as they were the total opposite! We were there for 4 nights and no cleaner came near the room to change any linen, including towels. I can hear some of you say what do you expect for the money but we have stayed in other such residences and had full cleaning service included. The room was shabby, the skirting boards were off the walls with nails sticking out, I have stayed in better decorated and cleaner Formula 1's and Budget Ibis before! One good point the metro was nice and close to get you into the Centre. Obviously great for youngsters, makes me sound old but the majority of other guests we saw were young people and they were very noisy. It was like a posh hostel! We booked it, as i have mentioned before, as we have stayed in other residences but this did not come up to expectations at all.

Not a hotel. Kind of apartments, cleaned only every three days, dirty curtains, no hangers for clothes, asked three times for them, never came. If only if was cheap. No restaurant, no breakfast. Just avoid it.

A clean and spacious apartment, very close to the metro station-Cenisio is like 5min walk-. The flat is fitted with anything you would need in your own house( full equipped kitchen with pans, glasses, plates and cuttlery, microwave, oven, washing machine). Two good restaurants nearby ( I personally would recommend Pepe Verde). The area is safe and it takes only 7min by metro to reach the city centre) . I will be happy to return!

We really did enjoyed this one. There were two spacious rooms and a bathroom with no problems at all. Staff was very friendly and they borrowed us some things. Near a metro station. Great curtains, they can make pitch black in the rooms. No problems with the sound from the trains.

I stayed so many hotels. most unfriendly receptionist ever .. very bad experience in this hotel.. dirty - noisy place.. (even i ask quite room) couldn't sleep because noise.. I will never go back this hotel ..
