Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all it was very difficult communicating with Italianway. The staff were rude we had not been in the apartment until past midnight. Not good to to stay with children because the elevator did not work. At the apartment the floors were dusty, there was dirt on the bed, and there was horrible Wi-Fi. I will never come here again.
Stayed 1 night in Jul 2023
