Was a little bit concerned having read a few negative reviews in the past around teething issues with the hotel since it opened recently but had a very pleasant stay here while in Milan. About a 5 minute walk from Maciachini metro station, which gives easy access to Milano Centrale and to the Duomo. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety. Only thing that was missing for a hotel of this standard is a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Came for our last 2 nights in Milan. Nice hotel with HUGE rooms and very clean ! Great value for the price. Quick and easy to get the the center - 2 min walk to the train. Breakfast had a big variety and was fresh. Very recommended and would love to be back our next visit

Location is convenient and close to metro station. This is a new hotel and rooms are clean. Breakfast is abundant of choices. They also have a bar where when you buy drinks, u can enjoy some complimentary canapés. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

New hotel, still under construction, friendly staff with helpful tips and directions, free luggage storage, close to train and metro station, restaurants and a Carrefour. 10 mins and 10 euros in taxi from/to Central station. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable double bed and a uncomfortable sofa bed, it was already bended in the middle to be a “new hotel”. Breakfast was included with many options: white rice, bacon, breads, vegetables, cold cuts, fruits, cereals, coffee, juice and gluten-free options available.

Late flight arrival time from the UK, meant a hotel. Booked for two nights and explored the city. Malpensa airport was a direct train to Bovisa then one stop to Lancetti. Short walk to the hotel. Maciachini metro station another short walk away. The hotel opened in late May 2019. It is very modern with WiFi network. The Room we had on the 7th floor was spacious with an excellent shower. We had a meal in the bar, nice burgers and fries and a glass of wine.

This is a fairly new hotel that opened it’s doors in May, 2019. It has a good location just a few minutes walk from the Metro. We stayed 3 adults in the room and the room with 3 separate beds really worked out well. The room is new so everything is still fresh. I travel a lot but it was the first time I had the same tiles on the walls in the room as well as bathroom. It works but a bit odd.. Overall the architecture is cool and modern. Polished concrete floors etc. Preppy. Staff in reception was really friendly. However, there are some drawbacks. Breakfast room is noisy as hell when packed with people. The room is large and concrete walls and floor amplifies noise very well. Breakfast as such is ok. Nothing special. Visited the bar and as long as you only drink you are good. Don’t go there hungry because the food is really boring. We left 90 % of the toast we ordered as it was dry and tasteless.

I checked in this afternoon excited to stay at this hotel. First of all, anyone staying here should know the hotel is currently under construction. This was not disclosed at time of booking. The noise and smell from construction alone makes this a one star. The treatment I received upon arrival however makes it much worse. Upon arriving to our room, we found hairs all over and spots and stains in the room. I went down to request a switch - the staff informed me that they were completely booked and could not accommodate my request. I called Chase- who I booked the reservation with - to voice my dissatisfaction and ask for a refund. The travel agent at Chase then contacted the hotel directly. The same gal who told me the hotel was completely sold out then tells the agent she had 150 rooms available to switch us to. Clearly she was lying - which made me question her integrity and the integrity of the hotel staff in general. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Very good located near metro station and bus stops. The room was clean and everything was perfect with the air conditioner,tv,water and mini bar.House keeping staff smiling and very welcoming. On the reception also friendly and helpful.Breakfast perfect with the waitress doing the setup quickly and refill on the Bufet also.Good coffee machines and fresh food, well done girls. On the bar in my opinion the bartenders must be friendly and definitely they need to remember the stars for the J24 Hotel,**** guys.when you work at four stars hotel you should be friendly and flexible. Also when one of your guests needs fork, knife or wine glasses you should offer this items smiling, but not the plastic one.(leave the plastic for take away)As guests we prefer sometimes to have glass of wine in the room relaxed, however leave the plastic glasses for housekeeping and offer a real glass for wine at request and be helpful and happy when you do your job.Thank you

4 nights. They never changed the towels (one of the days, they let them wet on the bed - see photo: even the orange piece of bed cover was like in the photo). And believe me: I put them on the floor. This never happened to me and, like everyone, by mistake or for economic reasons, I have been in some bad places. One night, I needed a knife and a fork and they wanted me to pay 10 euros for giving them to me (once I bought a pizza outside the hotel). Forget the breakfast: it made me remember those European cheap hostels where you pay 10 euros to stay.

We stayed in j24 for one night only and despite it’s bit far from Duomo square we enjoyed night walk while exploring Milan streets and life. Considering hotel services and it’s reasonable price I dare to say it´s one of the nicest accomodations I have been into (bearing the fact I stayed in Hilton in the past) hotel offer wide range of choices for breakfast and bed was really soft despite it’s industrial furnishing might say something different. Next time in Milan we will definitelly stay with j24 again.
