Why bother when there are so many others

With so many places available I'm Milan why would you bother staying here. It took 3 days to get a reply from an email and no answer if you ever call. The apartment is in a great location and was clean but had no soap and only one roll of toilet paper. The sofabed wasn't put back together and we had to figure that out to use the sofa. There was extra pillows but they charge you if you use them. Free bag storage isn't at the main office in the Train station so not really useful!!
