Disliked: Cleanliness
I feel compelled to warn others. Our stay was ruined by construction noise starting at 8 AM. However, the worst part was the management's refusal to help after we left my son's refrigerated medication behind. Even though I offered to pay for everything to have it sent to Rome, they were completely unhelpful. For a daily, injectable medicine, you would expect at least some effort or compassion. They simply didn't care.
