Nice hotel, cozy, the stuff is very helpful and the rooms are spacious. On the bad side are it's location-you'll need to have a car.The nearest tram station is 15 minutes away on foot and i would say the bathrooms, they are very basic.
The hotel is very nice, modern and clean. Room is very good designed, comfortable and quite. The wifi is very stable and easy to connect. There are lots of choices for breakfest. By the way, It has 3 elevators, and you do not need to spend much time for elevators. Overall, it is very nice hotel to recommend.
We stayed at this hotel for the duration of L'artigianno in Fiera for 12 nights. Several disappointing service complaints - only 3 hangers in room, no milk in rooms for tea/coffee (when asked for they tried to charge extra), waiting area for shuttle at Certosa station dodgy and felt unsafe at night, hotel does not mention in advertising that if you wish to use shuttle you need to phone them (very expensive if you don't have a local SIM) , breakfast exactly the same for entire 12 days (when asked if it was possible to have something other than scrambled eggs was told we could have fried eggs for an extra 8 Euros), front desk staff unable to explain how public transport system works in Milan (until after seven days of our stay we discovered they sell daily travel tickets at the desk!!!), hotel claims to be green but provides polystyrene cups shrink wrapped in plastic for bathroom use, fridge not working in one of the rooms and unattended to when reported. Finally to cap it all our hired van parked directly in front of the main entrance to the hotel was broken into on our last night and our left over stock from the fair stolen.
Well positioned. everythink was perfect. we stayed at 12 floor. view was very nice in the morning. hotel positioned a bit out of the city center but very close to the highway. if you travel by car this is a perfect choiser
We have just spent two weeks at the Klima and were treated with first class service. Maitre Rodolfo and chef Alessandro went above and beyond to serve us. This was a business event so every minute saved, every detail taken care of has a huge impact on our events.
Stayed here 1 night , usually stay in another nearby hotel but tried this hotel because rate was better and it had good reviews Check in was ok and the room was good at first sight , didn’t check the bed when I came in At 11pm , went to bed and it was like lying in a hole , someone must have broken it I looked under the bed and wow , it has been a very long time since someone cleaned underneath Took about 20 minutes before someone came up to check and another 10 to get a new room, a slight upgrade , this one had a coffeemaker and a good bed For the rest , except cleaning under the bed ( this room the same thing ) it is an ok hotel , I only prefer the other one Breakfast was good , as usual for a hotel of this standing
Overall very nice hotel. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. There were only two drawbacks, one is that breakfast consists mainly from sweet options (a lot of sugar) but that's my perception and the other that hotel is a bit far from Milan center.
The hotel is friendly enough, it is far from downtown and you need to get a taxi to get there. It is decent but no luxuries. Just 3 hangers and no iron in the bedrooms. I am not sure I would go back, for the price what they offer falls somewhat short
The location is very good for a Base during Monza, about half an hour from linate airport, close to train station for Milan and Monza. Located on edge of an industrial site so not good for a holiday location. Hotel is ,odeon and all you would expect of a business hotel. Well equipped room, good bathroom, comfortable bed. Bed and breakfast was okay, but not fantastic. There is free WiFi and a shuttle bus to station, this can be a little sporadic but generally reliable. Only real downside was cost of drinks and location well away from decent places to eat and drink.
Fine hotel and otherwise professional service but for the price (300 Euros) I'd expect either an iron in the room or timely delivery of one. Received one on arrival had it removed from my room without notice and then had to wait an hour for one two days in row. How much does an iron cost?
