Hi Ronaldo, we are not so far away from means of transports, bus is just opposite the hotel. We are sorry as far as the insects but we can not predict their trajectories. I think you got the smallest room because you reserved it. What about "no view from window"? We are in Milan, unluckily we do not have mountains or seaside available. Please next time, if you ever happen to come again ask for help and tell us at the reception what is not working fine, we always move guests to better rooms if necessary and if possible.
