Great hotel near the center of Milan with free parking. Breakfast is okay, not too fancy, some staff are very friendly but some are not. Reasonable price.

We just stay for one night. We arrived at the location and they had some confusion about the rooms. They are nice rooms, sadly because I used expedia, they do not honor my Best Western loyalty program.

Although I asked, I got no help with my luggage to my room, The breakfast staff seems unhappy with their jobs, they give you attitude for any question, no one smiles here. I can only say thanks to the lady that offered me to recharge my phone at the lobby and to the one accepted me do late check out

The front desk worker ask pay for extra fee for 2nd person to stay in my room, I paid for it but front desk worker doesn’t send clear info to housekeepers so at beginning three days we didn’t have enough towels ,sanitizer & blankets, especially when we check out I have questions about additional charge but the worker was very impatient to answer me, until now I still don’t understand why there is 20 eur charge for?
