Suitable for 1 night crashpad

Accommodations not as expected but was OK for one night stay before going to Milan airport. This is a dorm-like guesthouse, not really like any hotel. No frills at all, its location is in the middle of a warehouse/industrial area but seemed to be fairly safe. Very quiet at night. Room was clean although dated, bathroom was fully functional and clean, bed mattress seemed hard and a little lumpy. Overall ok, but definitely not a "couples" hotel or business meeting location. No restaurant or breakfast, only vending machines. No elevator. Outside maintenance lacking. Reception only open until 9:00PM, reopen at 7:30AM.

There are two Excel facilities in the same area. One is terrible the other is great. , both same name. We booked the wrong one but the hotel manager realized tje issue and transferred us to the other location, great place at Milano 3 area

Salve, prima di tutto il soggiorno era compreso di prima colazione, ma arrivati in struttura l'addetto alla reception ci comunicava che i locali di ristorazione erano chiusi quindi ci consigliava di andare al bar vicino alla struttura ovviamente tutto questo a nostre spese. Una camera con TV non funzionante per motivi di antenna, poi il parcheggio si paga a parte e questo non è stato evidenziato nella prenotazione. Vergogna!!
