It is clear this property is neglected from maintenance. A rack in the bathroom was broken, the lamp had no shade, the (hardly working) ac is falling apart, and the shelving in the closet had fallen before our arrival. Additionally, the furniture position was different than the photos and there was no toilet seat, although in the photos there is one. Despite the initial disappointment in the listing the location is good, the tile in the bathroom is cute, and the bed is very comfortable for us. Lastly, communication with renters was adequate!I’d recommend this rental if you compromise homeliness for affordability and do not wish to spend much time in the rental.
