Andreola Central Hotel

It really was a convenient hotel with very accommodating staff. However, the air conditioner in the room worked but only marginably. Which means that we could sleep but it was a bit warm. The wifi worked well, and the room safe was easy to use. Breakfast was adequate.

Close to train station and provide nice breakfast.

Excelente always going to this hotel when going to Milan

Great location, clean and nice hotel- if you're in Milan definitely stay here!

This is not a new hotel, a little worn in some areas, but for the location, value and price you cannot beat it. They expanded and renovated the breakfast area and expanded the offerings (which included scrambled eggs and breakfast meats) since my last visit about 8 mos ago. When is the last time you read that? The rooms are very clean with nice toiletries, though a bit on the small side. Bathrooms are very clean and well appointed with lots of hot water in a rain-type shower, also with handle. Pay for a front facing, high floor room, as those in the back face a courtyard and other guests (ugh!), but then you do avoid the street/trolley/traffic noise. The staff (if you are polite) are also very polite and will do all they can to assist you. They made a great recommendation for a wonderful nearby restaurant, Il Tavolino (ask for Sergio). Hotel is 2 blocks from Milan Centrale train station, across the street from the trolley stop and kitty corner to a brand new (smallish, but well-stocked with all of the essentials) PAM market. You can pay more for a fancier place, but I love this hotel and am well-travelled to know what I am saying.

This hotel is convenient to the train station and there is a small grocery store across the street, but there isn't much else around there. The room was kind of shabby and smelled weird. There appeared to be a leak in the bathroom wall, because water appeared and expanded overnight in a corner of the bathroom away from the shower and toilet. When we told the front desk person about it, he seemed unconcerned and unapologetic.

enjoy it well. they have a very nice restaurant too.

Always when I going to Milan I'll have reservation in there.

Nice hotel 10 minutes train ride away from Duomo, Milan. Even walking distance to Centre Milan is not far at all

Highly recommended. Incredible breakfast and very convenient to the train station. We arrived much earlier than expected but they had a room ready for us anyway, so we could dump our luggage, take a break and then head out to explore Milan.

Hotel was perfectly close to the Milan Central train station which was ideal for us. The bed wasn't exactly comfortable but it is good enough for a one or two night stay. Bathroom was fairly large with a stand up shower only. It was a fair value overall.

Nice location, close to public transportation and a bunch of restaurants. It took me 30 minutes to check in - a guy at check in desk was very slow and gave me wrong key :)

We booked this hotel mostly because of its proximity to the train station. It is approximately a 5 minute walk (even with heavy luggage!), which can't be beat. Additionally, we were presently surprised at how easy it was for the Uber drivers in Milan to find the hotel. The room was very clean and had all of the standard hotel amenities. The bed wasn't overly comfortable, but it was fine for one night. The bathroom was decently large and the shower had great water pressure. The toiletries from Aqua d'Elba were great. The morning breakfast was nice, especially since we were leaving straight to the airport. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend the night close to the train station in a clean, safe hotel.

hotel room is clean and comfortable. very convenient when travelling by train.

Spent 5 weeks in Europe and this was the very best accommodation The service and breakfasts were wonderful, the front desk amazing and the room terrific. Short walk from central train station. Easy to find and roll our luggage. What a great place.

Everything you would expect is provided. 2 blocks from train station and 5 block from shopping near Lima metro station. The only thing that is missing is lack of a gym. I visited in December -- the room was a bit hot (even after setting at 17C) . Remember to bring your adaptor for electric outlet. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here if I visit Milan again.

Location is good. Very close to central station. Hotel is a bit old. Breakfast good with number of choices. Wifi was unstable and had to log on everyday with different codes. The staff at reception is not very communicable, maybe not good at English.

The hotel is right near Milano Centrale, so it's perfect if you're looking for a place near transportation. It's about a 20 minute walk to Duomo Square, not too bad but there are also plenty of taxis or the metro if you don't feel like walking. I read that the area around Centrale is 'dangerous' or 'creepy', well maybe if you've never been to a big city before! I found the area to be fine, a few strange characters but if you have your wits about you it's just like being in any other big city. I found the area to be quite ethnic and cool, a good variety of things going on. There was also a cool market on Saturday just down the street that was well represented by all of Milano's cultures. As far as the hotel goes it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and cozy. I usually like a gym and a business center in the hotel which is why I gave the amenities a 3. They had the basic stuff but nothing extra, but for Euro hotels that's not uncommon. Overall my experience there was fine, I'd definitely stay there again. Oh and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of fruit, yogurt, pastries and some really nice ladies running around with fresh coffee and cappucino!

Nice, clean hotel and great location. Nice atmosphere. They also have a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning. As in some reviews I saw about the hotel the showers are a little need of repair but are good for the most part.

Nice hotel for the price and location. Terrible internet-- had to pay per hour, then the wireless didn't work in the room and we had to sit in the lobby to use it!
