Overall our family had a very nice time. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There was alot of rain during our stay so the playroom roof started leaking, it seemed like they are working on fixing that issue. Besides that it did take several hours to get a reply from the host regarding a few things that came up, luckily nothing was urgent. Overall very nice house, conveniently located from grocery stores, Disneyland, once the roof issues are fixed I would recommend it for large groups and families.

The property was spacious and perfect for our needs. However, there was a horrendous hole in the roof of the play/game room. It looked awful and the rain made it smell really bad. There was no wifi the entire trip “due to the rain” but was not covered by our weather protection insurance. In that sense, the weather protection insurance was a scam and did not cover weather related inconveniences. The host made no efforts to rectify the wifi situation (he eventually tried to get a service man out there on the day I left the stay). And refused to reimburse me even partially for the lack of wifi. The home is in a cell dead zone so I rarely had cell service and with no wifi it made it impossible to listen to music or watch movies etc. I had trouble even messaging the host about the problems. I spilled a drink and was immediately charged for that, however that same urgency was not given to my issues with the wifi. Overall, it was unfortunate because the home had many great qualities.

we had a great stay at the home.very clean and spacious rooms. bedding was comfortable. bathrooms were well stocked as well as the kitchen. added bonus was the game room area for kids with pool table and arcade game and board games. the internet speed was slow.good location and close to Little Saigon for us was a must.

To start off, the house is very nice it just needs some minor updates. Upon arrival the key pad would not work and the owners had to unlock the doors remotely. The code provided only worked one time for us to open the door. One of the kitchen drawers was broken when we arrived and I promptly let the owners know. It felt like there was a presence in the home that did not want us there. Cons: The front door autolocks, and with the code not working we did get locked out once, waiting until the code would work. The kitchen light switches are behind the refrigerator and hard to get to. The lights flicker badly. The beds are very firm and uncomfortable, like sleeping on a hard table. Pros:The house is lovely and very cozy. The back yard is very inviting and was perfect for our small wedding.

Absolutely Amazing!

I celebrated my birthday here and it was absolutely amazing! The space was clean and spacious, the beds were super comfy, and there were plenty of activities to do. Everything was well-maintained and perfect for a celebration.

Comfortable beds & great location, but in need of significant maintenance!

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the plus side, the location was fantastic. Close to all activities we wanted to do. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful sleep. Communication with the owner was excellent quick responses and helpful information.However, the home itself is in serious need of renovations. There were several issues that were hard to ignore such as sagging doors holes in the walls and chipped to paint throughout. The dryer vent was clogged, and I had to take apart clean and unclog it in order for it to dry. The air filter for the AC was very dirty, which made us concerned about air quality. I also saw in a previous review that the floors turned feet and socks black, and unfortunately, we experienced the exact same thing.Given the price we paid. I expected a much higher standard-more akin to a five star hotel than what we found, which felt more like a Motel 6. For the price point, I would’ve expected better upkeep attention to detail. In summary while the location and comfort were good the lack of maintenance, invisible wear and tear on the property, made it hard to justify the cost. I hope the owner addresses these issues to bring the property up to the level of quality people are expecting at this price point.

Thanksgiving Trip

Decided to take our daughter to Knotts Berry Farm for her birthday which happens to be on Thanksgiving. This house was the perfect location and satisfied our needs. The kids enjoyed the game room the only downside was the sliding door didn't lock and it would have been nice for extra security. The house was also clean and we all slept great. The only other suggestion we would offer is to either get rid of the welcome mat or secure it. My husband and daughter slipped twice on it. Other than that would recommend to other families.

Mixed reviews

I'll start by saying the place was nice but not everything was clean. I was charged extra for cleaning and they didn't really clean themselves. The light fixture fell on one of my guest in the game room. There are no TVs in any of the rooms, which was odd to me. I texted the host to tell him what happened with pics but he didn't bother to respond. I gave him a chance to make this right but i guess he didn't care. Will I book again? NO!

Best Place To Stay In The OC Period !!!

I will sum it up in one word AMAZING !!! There is no place to stay in the OC but here. I would stay there over and over again. A++++ All The Way ! 😀

Great overnight stay!

The house was beautiful, felt very safe, and was very accurate to the online listing! This was a performance trip for our college a cappella (singing) group and we needed a place to stay overnight before performing and then going to Knott's Berry Farm, and it was perfect, exactly what we needed (and expected). The hosts were very attentive and kind and I would definitely recommend staying at this property! There was an issue with the previous guests so they weren't able to have the place ready by the 4pm check-in time, but they let me know ahead of time and we were able to plan to leave a little later to arrive at 5:30pm. I appreciate their communication and quick responses. At the house, everything was very clean, except the floor made our socks pretty dirty. One thing was there was not enough cups, plates, bowls, mugs, etc. for the amount of people who can stay there, which meant we had to take turns eating and washing the dishes so we could all eat, which was not super convenient. Still overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!

Beautiful property and amazing host!

We stayed here for our trip to Disney and we couldn’t be more satisfied! The host has great communication and always responded to questions in a timely fashion. They even checked in with us halfway through our stay to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Disney!
