The room was definitely on the older side, but the staff themselves were courteous throughout our stay. However, there were a few inconveniences, one night our key card stopped working, and when I called for fresh towels, they never arrived. Our room also wasn’t serviced at all during our four-night stay, even though we left by 9 a.m. each day. Overall, friendly staff but the service and upkeep could use improvement.

I loved my room. But I wished the bed were firmer. I woke up with horrible back pain. The front desk staff gave me a room where the family upstairs had a really rambunctious son. I went and told the evening staff at 9 pm to please contact the family to please be quiet, since it was getting late. The staff apologized for the disturbance. The child calmed down around 10 pm. But in the middle of the night at 3 am, the kid woke up and started running around. My room ceiling was shaking. It went on for an hour plus. The Front Desk was closed when I called. I woke up feeling horrible from not being a to sleep well. No apology or discount was issued by the morning staff person when I called and told them the issue I was having with the guests above. They just switched me to another room by noon, since it was a two-night stay.
