We’re happy with the place.
The staff are not friendly, even hostile. They do not have a clue as to how to manage a motel. In fact, they are the UNSAFE elements of the stay at this facility. Do NOT go here. It used to be a decent place, but with the new management it hires untrained unprofessional staff.

The lady at check in was outstanding. Friendly and very helpful. I did request when booking that i wanted to pay at the property, but for some reason that wasnt mark by Oritz. That was the only thing that was disturbing by me.
My state was OK it’s by Tim trying to charge my card before I got onto the property but she should’ve waited until I got on the property. My other complaint was from the last night. I got back to the room to Discover and Aunt infestation in the bathroom, pretty much covering the air conditioner unit and they slowly started making their way to the bed. They should really do something about that because if there’s ants in one room, they will be more in other rooms and that’s a little bit of an inconvenience to myself and someone some of the guests

Staff are nice and I feel sad for them about the area. There is a regional homeless problem, and a proportion of the homeless are in need of mental health care.
I stayed at this location and was not impressed with anything. Website stated there was a continental breakfast that morning we found out the only continental breakfast was coffee or tea. We ask for towels since we went swimming the night before and did not have any additional towels to take a shower. The front desk close it was very nice. However, she in us that there were no towels and asked for us to come back in 10 to15 minutes. We returned in 20 minutes and was advised that there was still no towels. Upon us checking out. I was offered towels and I politely declined due to we had 2 min left before 11:00 am. In addition, the sink in the restroom was not working and was not draining at all. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend this property.
Good location and access to freeway. Some transients in the neighborhood, but that is nearly everywhere these days. A few tiny ants, but not a major problem. Staff is friendly, and helpful.
The room was so dirty. There was jelly and jelly cups spilled. Hair was on towels, beds, bedsheets. I wondered if they cleaned the room between guests or at least the room they gave me.
