The price was very reasonable. I thought there should be water available at a drinking station at the office and there was none. I like having a refrigerator, but it had a pool but did not have a spa. The hot breakfast was just fine. Real eggs! There is a very noisy dog rescue very close.

Pretty good value for the price. The room was clean and was serviced daily. We had events in Cypress, Seal Beach and Long Beach; this location was convenient to all of them. Like most older buildings, there was a fair amount of road/traffic noise.
