The pancake machine was broke a couple of weeks ago on my last stay still broke this stay pool was ridiculously nasty and was the reason I picked this here so family could swim

We stay at Tru every time we’re in Midland. It’s always clean, beds are comfortable, and staff is friendly. The kids love the pool table and all the games in the lobby. There are so many breakfast options, something for everyone. The pool was completely covered in dirt this time so we weren’t able to swim but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

This property is so over priced for what you get. No closet, no microwave, not a pen nor a pencil paper, no coffee maker, cold bare wood floors, small, no luggage rack. Internet is slow or nonexistent. Hated the room. I have been a flight attendant for 42 years and have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms. This one goes down as one of the worst

Great Place to Stay!

We have stayed here before for our granddaughter's softball tournament. Excellent hotel! Very clean. Employees are very nice and helpful. Our favorite place to stay!

The hotel wasn’t terrible. We stayed two nights. We found ants in the bathroom. The concierge was attentive, sprayed the ants and gave me an email to send photos to. The continental breakfast was not great. No waffles and the pancake machine was broken. They kept running out of milk and had to ask twice for them to refill the containers in the short time we were there.l eating. We probably won’t stay there again.

The reason I picked this place is because it had good reviews. I don’t know why this place was not good at all. The breakfast was not great, the walls are so thin I could here people taking practically all night in the room next to us. So it kept me up half the night. No one cleaned our room.The trash outside and been overflowing the last 2 days. This is not like a Hilton at all very disappointed!

Above and beyond

Check in attended offered to and brought a small sack breakfast since we were departing prior to breakfast starting. Very thoughtful and with an encouraging note for my daughter who was competing in a volleyball tournament.
