Our room had not been cleaned. There was leftover food with mold in the refrigerator upon our arrival . When the front desk was advised the person at the front desk mentioned she could give us a snack from the market and add points to our Hilton account. We mentioned that we had seen a sign saying that they would refund us if there were any issues with cleanliness of the room, she stated that the manager wasn’t there and she couldn’t do that . So we just left the hotel. Very unpleasant experience, will not be going back !

The hotel was generally clean and comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast there but did have coffee and it was good. The room was large which I liked and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only bad mark I would give the hotel was that the beds were not as comfortable as I'd would have liked but overall a pleasant stay.
