Very easy to check in. Room was clean and even though we were right beside the pool room it was extremely quite. Very surprising. Staff was very nice as well. Breakfast was also surprisingly good. I will definitely stay hear again if I'm back this way.
I love this hotel staff is great Cesar is great and very helpful also Britney was super nice when I wasn't feeling so well. The rooms are great and clean but my favorite part is the breakfast area with great variety of food and they even have ice cream. I will be always coming back to this one!
We recently traveled here for business but brought the family for the road trip. After a exhausting drive we were greeted by the lady at the front desk. When we got settled in she was so helpful to call and said she had extra towels for our daughter. We had a restful sleep at a decent price. When booking we always look at reviews and keep in mind what star rating each hotel is.
Nice room, very clean. Friendly clerks at the desk. Hotel has several oilfield workers staying and we thought the evening might be kind of rowdy but it was quiet. Due to a recent storm, the elevator was awaiting repair as was the wi-fi in our end of the hotel. One nice perk: a late afternoon social hour with beer or sodas and great tasting chili dogs... We would stay here again.
Stayed on night traveling out on a work trip. The clerk was friendly and helpful. Everything in the room basically worked. The bed was ok. The parking lot appears to be somewhat neglected and the neighborhood isn't the best. It works fine if you're traveling through as I was. The rate is very fair.
We spent a night here and were very pleased. It was right where we needed to be. The room was nice, and the beds super comfortable. The pillows were especially comfy. There was a large variety of breakfast choices. Friendly staff.
Originally had reservations for the day before but was easily accommodated when I arrived. Great customer service when checking in. While in my room, it sounded as someone was trying to break in. Walked out of the room to find a vehicle in the parking lot reeking of marijuana. Woke up in the morning and checked out. Overal Rating: 8/10. Excellent hotel service but do need security to make sure that doesn't happen again.
Our last stay in this hotel was in December, 2015; everything was quite satisfactory at that time. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Upon our arrival the parking area by the front door, usually reserved for guests checking in, was blocked by contractors' trucks; we were told by the front desk clerk that they park there because they have expensive equipment that needed to be watched by the clerk. To her credit, the clerk was apologetic and very pleasant; it seemed as if she had been instructed by the management to allow the trucks in that area. As before, the rooms were clean, comfortable and in good repair--no complaints there. Internet service had degraded considerably; at times it took over a minute to download a simple text page--not "high speed" as advertised. But it was our breakfast experience that was the most disappointing. All hot items were clumped together into two small serving dishes. As we were sitting down, we noticed that some guests were throwing away full plates of food; it took only a few bites to follow suit. The food had no seasoning and was tasteless. The lady in the kitchen complained to whoever would listen about how difficult her job was. Some guests had approached the desk clerk to complain whereupon they were told, "Well, it's free." Not the best in customer service. For the two mornings we were there, we ended up going to a restaurant. We will not be returning, nor can we recommend this hotel. We made it to this hotel pretty late,But then the lady checked us in was very friendly and she got us check in quick and easy. Room was decent clean. The only down side is the toilet, It just won't flush :( No water coming out from the tank. We called front desk told her our toilet won't flush, she came up and moved us 2 doors to the right, Guess what..... same issued with the toilet, every time we flushed, it will takes about 5 minutes to fill up the tank for next flush :(
First let me say the staff is amazing but it doesn't make up for the nasty dirty run down rooms. Several times have been here for business and almost every time had to switch rooms because the first one I'm put in is disgusting. This time is the last time I'll stay here. Breakfast ice cold and after a hard days work come into a room infested with what appears to be termites.
