Staff was willing to accommodate and very friendly. Very clean. The indoor heated pool was a hit with kids. We will go again

I was greeted by a very friendly hotel staff. My room was both clean and comfortable. Great variety for breakfast with plenty of fresh, hot coffee.

Saw 3 school buses, said oh God! & oh no! But it wasn't bad. Overall really good stay!

Overall experience was positive. Nice room, decent breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in/Check out was easy ... no hassles. The price however was pretty much ridiculous for that type of room. I am aware the market is driving this pricing ... it is a perfect case of price gouging of the public.

We will want to stay here on our next visit to Midland. For starters, we were able to check-in early. The room, newly re-furnished, had everything we needed. Great beds. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was a nice surprise. Good job!!!

This was a clean, well maintained hotel. I would request not to be in a room directly across from the ice machine and the breakfast area. It was noisy both morning and evening.

Check in was fast and professional. Breakfast was a nice variety and hot. Good location to get to everything. Will definetley stay again.

There were cookies at the desk on arrival. The lady at the desk was bright and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we didn't hear our neighbors knocking around early in the morning. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good. No Texas shaped make-it-yourself waffle iron like we've been seeing, but there was a pot of real oatmeal with brown sugar and dried fruit to garnish, eggs, spicy sausage patties and French toast fingers, along with all the usual dry cereals, yogurt, breads, rolls, fresh fruit and breakfast beverages. There was room to walk around the tables and the reception area was adjacent so I could sit on an easy chair and wait for my late-rising travel companions instead of being squeezed into a tiny room and sitting on a hard chair.

I came in with a name tag and was on the phone. The man who checked me in looked and my name and already began checking for my room. After I got off the phone, I began talking to a woman who was on my flight earlier in the day. It was crazy. I didn't show id or say much to the man...but he noticed me and took care of me knowing I was superbusy...it was great!

The hotel people were most helpful, gracious and accommodating. I've made a further reservation to stay at this hotel when I return to Midland on 10/29

The staff was very friendly upon arrival and helped get a roll-away and extra towels without question or trouble. The breakfast had more than enough to choose from. did have a bit of problem with tv but staff was quick to suggest correction to issue. Which did correct and when mentioned the issue to manager next day, he said he would look into it so next guest didn't have the same trouble.

Glad it was available for quick trip one night stay. Everything we needed and nice continental breakfast.

Was a great stay! The hotel and room was very clean. The indoor pool was nice, even had towels and a hamper there so you dont have to go begging for more. the pool stayed open late and was open early , but you cant hear anything coming from it.. The beds and the pillows were surprisingly comfortably!! The breakfast was good. Had waffles (you make them), biscuits and gravy as well as many other choices.. all kinds of Restaurants are very close. the staff was very friendly. i would stay there again for sure!
