The bathroom was not clean (mold growing along grout - black - not something you should see if the place is being cleaned daily. There is plexi glass between you and staff. The receptionist spoke quietly and I had to constantly ask her to repeat herself which was greeted with the same response - no smile - no feeling welcome - no increase in volume. Felt like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. Many times I passed reception and no one was there - sometimes there was a sign saying staff was away and provided a number to call which I had to use to get the wifi password. Would have been easier if staff had pointed it out to me since it was stapled in the room key holder which I realized as I was leaving. Passed by when she had a colleague standing there and they were having a lively discussion so it appears she could speak louder. Doubt there has been any accessibility training done with staff to understand that clients may have a hearing deficiency or other challenges. Breakfast was actually very tasty and the staff in the kitchen were extremely helpful and very nice. Parking was easy and beds were comfortable. My opinion - Management needs to do a better job of supporting and training staff at front counter.
