This is @ the 5th time we have stayed here. We love the location. The staff is great. We plan to return this January when we fly in to visit out.r son.

Good free breakfast options until 10am. Clean rooms. Right off the loop so it's easy to get to most things in Midland.

This hotel has a convenient location for us. We have stayed here at least 5 times. We are planning to stay here again in September.

Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Carpets meet to be replaced but nice place. Location was excellent for us.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast, great staff, but the beds and pillows weren't comfortable and the sheets felt like wrapping paper.

The hotel was good and so was its location. The only negative was the staff. Not very attentive nor helpful.

This is an older hotel that has undergone some renovations. Not a great value for the money, but considering how expensive hotel rooms are in Midland/Odessa, you probably won't find many better for the price.

I came to visit family and had a nice stay at hotel. Room was clean and breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The price was high but Midland is in the middle of an oil boom so no rooms are cheap.

Saturday mornings are a HIGH COFFEE demand day, and several guests had to ask for the coffee to be refilled before someone actually came and finally refilled all the self-serve pumps. The front-desk lady was not very accomidating in her response to guests' when they let her know --there was NO ONE in the dining area to keep tabs on items going low, despite a packed room-- numerous times, that the coffee pumps were empty. I was sitting nearby out of view but within earshot, and her tone was repeatidly almost rude, and service-response time was slow. It was early enough to where no one was needing to check-out, so she could have even taken care of the problem herself, even if it was not 'her job', but she did not. It was 15 minutes before whomever was in charge of the coffee being in the pumps actually re-filled them. The breakfast otherwise was divine.
