Stayed here for a quick one night turn around. Finding a room in Midland/Odessa at the last minute is really, really tough! We were lucky to find this one. Just an OK place. Nothing special nor unpleasant either. Just OK. Beds was kinda hard. Wifi was respectably fast. Very spartan throughout. I've attached a picture of their Business Center. What a hoot! I'd stay here again but only if nothing else was available.

We had an ADA room and it was very large with good spacing. Some ADA rooms have a lack of space but this did not. The shower had plenty of assist bars, The computer in the business center was very hi speed. Lobby area neat an open. The hot water was very hot and the towels while nice were limited in number. At check in Sandi was very sweet and polite asking if there was anything she could help us with to make our stay more enjoyable such as restaurants in the area. Breakfast was really good with little pigs in a blanket, a good variety of yogurts etc. Waffle was the state of TX- :) This is a good clean well priced place to stay. If you read my review, please give it a helpful vote. Thanks

If you cannot sleep without the rumbling of trucks and 200 db mufflers on the cars at the stop light this is the place for you. Traffic noise is incredible, so you will sleep well. The first two (2) sets of keys would not work and then I was told that they were having trouble with the locks on that room and was reassigned to another room. The alarm clock did not work. Bath linens were badly stained. The bottom fitted (?) sheet had piled up so badly it seemed you were sleeping on sandpaper and it was completely worn out. You could literally read a newspaper through it & I did. The frozen eggs and the liquid concentrate coffee served for breakfast were not edible. Other that that everything else was fine. Front desk, friendly and the room clean.

My husband stayed here for work for several weeks. Rooms were nice and clean and kept up while he was there. I came to stay with him two separate weekends and I was pleased with the entire staff and the free hot breakfast was nice. It will be my 1st choice when i come to the area again.

Arrived at 2:00 am and was quickly checked in. Beds were very comfortable, room accommodating size. Bathroom was very clean. Only issue was they there were only 3 towels in room for 5 of us, had to go get more. The. Breakfast hours lasted until 10am which was awesome for our late arrival. Provided biscuits, gravy, bacon and eggs in addition to the usual hotel breakfast items. Noon checkout time allowed for extra rest. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

It was kind of hard to find the entrance to the Inn but once found we were pleasantly surprised. We met Myesha at the front desk immediately and what an amazing lady. She was very informative about the town and inquisitive about the career that I have chosen. The room was amazingly clean, quiet and spacious with the separate sitting area. This place has all the amenities either in house or within walking distance to live here, you could even see the mall.

Hotel room was fabulous. But when our group for up and went out to breakfast there was nothing ready. No juice, no milk for cereal, no bread or bagels only thing available was waffles and no syrup. The girl was not working fast at all to refill even when receptionist came in to help her. We went to IHOP. No money off as this was prepaid

Like to to stay at Comfort Inns, since the oilfield has slowed down, the rooms are a lot more reasonable in the area that i travel. I have a hard time getting the stay points that i deserve, wish the system that y'all have was little more user friendly.

Upon arrival my husband checked the bed (as he usually does) and found that the pillow cases were dirty. 2 had makeup on them and the third had a hair still on it. Ok, fine, easy solution..we called down and asked for new pillow cases. The front desk personnel were very helpful and understanding. Also mentioned that 7 complaints had been made so far regarding dirty linen. (Not very comforting since we were only asking to change the pillow cases). On top of that my husband killed one spider by the bed, one rather larger one in the bathroom, and in the morning killed another large one in the bathroom again. Not good when someone has arachniphobia (me)! I had made reservations through TripAdvisor for 2 nights. Upon wanting to cancel the second night because of the above I was given the run around. The hotel couldn't cancel because reservations were made through a third party and when calling the 800# I was told that they couldn't cancel because only the hotel could do it. So, we ended up having to pay for the room and dealing with the spiders. I RECOMMEND THAT RESERVATIONS NOT BE MADE THROUGH TRIP ADVISOR. Guests should be able to cancel when unhappy with the accommodations without being given the runaround. It's not like we can see the rooms before we check in. This experience with trip advisor and choice hotels was the worst and most fustrating experience ever.

Overall, this hotel was very accommodating. It was updated, with many charging outlets for electronics in the hotel room. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was always restocked quickly, with many options to choose from. Clean pool also. Our only problem was with towels. On the reservation, we had stated five people were staying in the room for four nights. We only received three body towels. We had to go down to the front desk each morning to request more towels. It was hard to keep the same towel for two days, since they did not provide towels for the pool. Our towel we bathed with was also used for their pool. We finally asked a housekeeper/maid for extra, and she said no one informed them of us needing five towels. She said had they known, we would have had five each morning. The front desk had told us the reason why we could not receive five was because of a limit of towels they had for the guests. The lack of communication there made this place receive one less star.
