The first two rooms that were given to us, were both dirty and missing sheets on the bed. The third room was fine, until I saw a dirty wash rag hidden in the curtain, while I was showering. Then the smoke alarm battery decided to die in our room and 2 more down the hall, at 11:30pm Christmas Eve… no one would answer the phone after 3 tries. So I went downstairs to complain. They wanted to switch us to another room at 11:30p at night!! I said no way, and had the lobby clerk come take the battery out. It was a ridiculous mess..

As we checked in the receptionist was so nice and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet with a welcoming bed and comfortable pillows. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning. While turning in the key the receptionist helped write directions to the freeway.
