I had a very pleasant experience leasing this property. I came to Doral, FL, to start a new job, and chose this property for my stay, as I await the start of a lease on a full-time apartment. The property is centrally located in Doral, conveniently across the street from the beautiful Doral town center. This ground-floor, one-bedroom (plus sleeper sofa) apartment is spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of storage for clothes (hanging and drawers), comfortable bed, nice living room furniture, very large TV, and a good size dining table and chairs - plus access to a patio with outdoor furniture. The bathroom is quite large and spacious, too. Plenty of parking right outside the door and easy ingress and egress into and out of the Provident Blue complex of small apartment buildings, each with 4 or more apartments only. Lastly, the hosts were amazing and provided wonderful support, guidance, and communication. I would definitely choose this apartment again. Strongest recommendation!
