We had two rooms. Room 214 & 255. Both rooms need sturdier beds. Room 214 was clean. Room 255 had open conditioner in their sink, also had blood stains on the sheets plus the door doesn’t lock. Staff was friendly & helpful.

The MIMO stye of architecture was cool, especially when viewed alongside the other nearby MIMO properties. However, the location was unfortunate: We discovered that Biscayne Blvd traffic does not stop! The noise from the road was very loud, as was the A/C unit in our room: it made sleeping very difficult. Also, though the hotel is near some restaurants, etc, the ability to walk to any of them is impossible due to the traffic and lack of walkable sidewalks.

The breakfast display was the worst ive ever seen!!!

Clean and friendly- close to the road but sound was not a problem

They charged me too much. Hotel was noisy. When we arrived refrigerator on our rooms was not working

The staff was helpful when we had a small issue in the room, it was taken care of quickly. The room temperature controls worked great. The room was as clean as you would want, and had the softest throw blankets on the beds that were a real nice touch visually and nice to curl up with. The hotel is within walking distance to many nice restaurants and the bus line. There were some nice outdoors sitting areas that we took advantage of. On the negative side, the walls are thin. So it was a bit noisy. Although breakfast was available everyday, it was just a bagel, a yogurt, and a juice. coffee was available as well. There were toasters, butter and cream cheese. But it was filling, just not anywhere near great.

Severe smell of mold and not sure why there was a $10 "check in" fee-- not a resort! Breakfast staff was extremely nice but the smell of mold would make me never come back

4 day stay only cleaned room once. could not keep street light out of room.

Hotel full of surprises. 100.00 deposit on Credit Card to be returned in a week. Then we are charged 5.00 p/p per day-RESORT FEE...What Resort, just a typical, tacky 60's Motel that are abundant and overpriced. I thought the breakfast and parking was free, so Why the non refundable above resort fee? The breakfast was similar to what my grand kids Take to school...all packaged and no Yogurt as listed. Was told they ran out..On Christmas Day no less!

I'm going to start off by saying - keep in mind this is a MOTEL. For what it was, it was ok. My friend and I have been to Miami several times and we usually stay in Miami Beach or South Beach but this time around, we wanted to find something cheap since we were only going for 1 night. The area that this motel was in was a bit sketchy. Old, abandoned stores/houses across and next door. Compared to the other motels in the area, this one was a lot nicer. Our uber driver warned us that this area is not safe at all and to be aware and cautious of our surroundings. It is very rare that I will ever stay at a motel but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. There were a few tiny tiny ants but that was it. My friend and I had a room facing the street and it did get very loud at night. I was scared sleeping in the room after what my uber driver told me so I woke up to every sound I heard. The hotel lobby guy when I checked in and checked out were both very friendly. Even though this motel was fine, I would never stay here again and compromise my safety. I would rather pay more and have peace of mind. Not easy to get a good nights sleep when you're feeling anxious and waking up to all the sounds.
