Nice location for Marlins and calle ocho

Ideal location to want to walk to both a Marlins game and to Little Havana, only a few blocks for both. Room was small and clean. Small kitchenette was heplful. The bathroom was very small and the shower was the narrowest i have ever seen, just wider than my shoulders. The staff was very prompt and helpful with communication. I had a great night of sleep, neighborhood was residential and quiet.

Renzzi Hospitality Never Disappoints!

My stay at Casa Agave in Little Havana Miami was absolutely perfect! The check-in experience was fantastic and incredibly fast — they even provided me with the code several hours before my scheduled arrival, which made everything so easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, but honestly even better in person! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal, and the staff are truly amazing — warm, super helpful, and always ready to assist. I’ve stayed at several of their other locations, and each one keeps getting better and better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Don’t do it.

We ended up not staying here. Our flight came in early and we weren’t able to get into the apartment for an early check in. The manager wasn’t responsive and not very kind through messages.

Cute decor, but in a crowded neighborhood. The sheets were short and there was only one washcloth? No shower door so the bathroom got wet and it was very small. I needed a room asap so couldn't be picky but I wouldn't stay here again.

There are several design apartments. The one we used had what the owner called, unusual problems when I reported them so they may be fixed by now. No hot water the first night. (Owners had to reset a tripped water heater the next day.) Electricity went out the second night in 1/2 of the apt with no hot water again. Water from the small shower streamed onto the floor outside the open 1/2 glass wall on the 2' 4' shower area. Rooster in the nearby neighborhood crowing from 1am, on, both nights I was there.
