My place is within walking distance of Bayfront Park, Bayside, Brickell, American Airlines Arena, museums, and tons of restaurants, bars, and shops!

5 to 10 minutes by car from the airport, South Beach, Miami Cruise Port, Coral Gables, Wynwood, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana.

You will love my place because of the location, the incredible pool, the building, the spa, the views, the neighborhood, and the beautiful apartment!

Walking distance to the port for cruises. Also just 5 minutes by taxi or free trolley service that passes every 15 minutes right across the street.

The building features a full-service pool with cabanas and a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, luxury spa, fully equipped gym, and an amazing location near plenty of great restaurants, bars, clubs, parks, public transportation, and parking.

You also have access to the free trolley and Metro.

The Metromover takes you to Midtown and all around Downtown and Brickell. It runs every 2 minutes, free, with WiFi and air conditioning.

The free, beautiful, historic trolley can also take you to the cruise port, Midtown, Brickell, and Coral Gables.

Just cross the street and there are 4 buses (you’ll wait less than 3 minutes) that take you to the beach in 15 minutes for only two dollars!

Valet parking service is available for $30 per day.

Best location. At the heart of Miami. Literally street 0 (Flager) and Avenue 0. Where it starts north / south and east / west. The best New Year’s concert at Bayfront Park in front of us. Great ocean views. Many restaurants and supermarkets by walk. The pool is fantastic. Host was super friendly and great communication. Easy super early check in.

The host took a few years off from renting the apartment because he was living there himself. The apartment could not be more perfect. The best location in Miami, right in the city center with many events going on nearby, shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. You can walk the marina and restaurants of Bayside, to Bayfront Park, the Miami River, Brickell, etc. It's only 15 minutes by Uber to Miami Beach, Coral Gables, the airport, Coconut Grove, Midtown, Wynwood, the Design District, and Key Biscayne.We loved the pool with sunshine all day long, perfect for playing with the kids. There are areas for adults and separate areas for children. We also really enjoyed the social room with ping pong, billiard tables, and other board and card games. The views of the bay and the park are espectacular from the apartment. Clean, modern, and tidy.You have everything you need for cooking, and of course, clean and fresh linens and towels for the shower and the pool.We walked to a concert at the Kaseya Center (American Airlines Arena), and then took a free trolley right in front of the building to the cruise port. We also went to Miami Beach by bus from across the street for only 2.25. The Metromover also takes you to Brickell.It was a perfect stay, and the host was very kind, accommodating our 7 AM check-in and a late check-out as well. Communication with him was excellent throughout our stay.

WZA 2020 Perfection

We stayed in town for a fitness competition that was in Bayfront Park and this place was perfection! The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and the building was pristine. I recommend this property 100%

Hot Miami views

The location was great right down the street from the American Airlines arena. Within walking distance to some great restaurants right on the water! The air conditioning unit went out while we were there so it was unbearably hot in the unit. Hopefully that gets fixed soon!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was perfect, right across the street from Bayfront Park. We had easy access to public transportation, walking distance to the grocery store, and a secure building too! The owner was very kind and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay! The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The pool was warm and beautiful! We would stay again in the future!
