Newly renovated rooms and common areas made for a fresh and modern feel. Check-in was easy with friendly front desk staff available at all times. Breakfast was on par with an assortment of cereals, oatmeal, (real) eggs (but fake cheese), sausage, country potatoes & fresh fruit. Coffee was surprisingly good! A few downsides: The sole elevator can be slow during peak times. If you can, it's best to take the stairs, which are clean, safe and newly carpeted. When we were there, the pool had a ton of twigs and leaves like it hadn't been clean in a month, and the hot tub was inoperable with green moldy water. If both were properly maintained, the space would be outstanding with its shade shelters, ample seating, umbrellas and water lounging chairs. In summary, we'd stay here again.

Very pleased with cleanliness and customer service. However was disappointed that the pool and hot tub was down for resurfacing and wish that would have been posted or disclosed on Hotels.com so we could have made that decision to book or look elsewhere. We love to sit in hot tubs in the evenings and look for hotels when we travel to be able to do so.

I had a two night reservation, paid in full, and was unable to make the first night due to unforeseeable circumstances. When I showed up for the second night the hotel canceled my reservation and marked me as a "no show". They told me I would need to make and pay for a new reservation, but not to be worried the original charge would be refunded. It was not. I was double changed for the second night. I've opened a dispute with the BBB and will file a credit card charge dispute.

Everything was great! Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had a great selection of food options. There was a night light in the bathroom which was great for when you get up in the middle of the night.

the deadbolt was broken. maintenance came to repair it. he ended up locking us in our room with him for 30-40 minutes. We requested a different room. They gave me a room with only one bed so my daughter had to sleep on a hide a bed. The offered us nothing in compensation.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was very convenient and had a bigger selection than most continental breakfasts. Room could have been cleaned better food crumbs all over the under the table. The shower had hair in it. The coffee condiments were open. We found a screw on the floor that my son kicked with his bare foot. Thankfully he didn’t step on it. We arrived thinking we would have a heated pool for the kids to play in just find out it was closed. It would have been nice if an email was sent or a disclosure on the site when we booked that it would not be available for our stay. Next time we will book at The Eureka. Cheaper and more Reliable with the amenities.

The room could have been a little cleaner; there were random things on the floor like a penny and a piece of old chicken. Made me wonder how much they had cleaned. The bed was comfortable! The bathroom was fine, typical. The breakfast was good and the staff were amazing! We were on the third floor and even though the people above us weren't being particularly loud, the floor creaked like crazy and woke us up every morning. If we came back, we'd request the 4th floor.
