Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very misleading picture and description. Hotel Embajadores ( which we didn’t know that’s what the reso is for during booking as it advertised king room, pool, patio, terrace view) is a true definition of a dive!! A complete insult to anyone! I wasn’t prepared for something like that being offered through Expedia and with totally false information. I have seen public washrooms in Mexican mercados in better shape!
