Location great and Staff very efficient and helpful
Beautiful, spacious room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, but had issues with shower not draining, and the toilet tank taking its time to refill. The pool also had issues draining. It has nice windows but due to privacy one has to pull down shades so there is actually very little natural light. Overall is an ok place yo stay very convenient to wonderful restaurants and coffee shops

The property facade was nice and new. room was appealing. unfortunately the staff is poorly trained and lack much knowledge. They were amicable, young, friendly but lack experience. The phone did not work my entire stay, the 1st room leaked from the ceiling, Garbage from previous guest including food was left in room my 1st night. found dirty pillow cases and towels left on floor when I returned after cleaning. TV's not programed, young service man not able to complete programming. I did it. No one followed up with me to see if faults had been corrected
