El hotel esta super bien ubicado en el Centro de Merida. El cuarto y la cama del Holiday son una delicia pero estoy super decepcionada de las toallas que usan en los baños. Estaban regastadas, deshilachadas, gastadas, percudidas La verdad que dan un mal aspecto y para ser una cadena no deberian ponerse en cochinadas por cambiar toallas. Deberian ya quitar las toallas y poner nuevas. Eso me decepciono.

Great location, walkable distance to everything you need. The rooms are big, comfortable, and very clean with a safe box. Great daily breakfast and friendly staff. Very recomendable.
Excellent location to center! Breakfast could be improved a bit,we had to ask for coffee because they were out about 3 different days
I liked that it is located in the center of Merida close to all But the hotel needs to train its employees a lot and be able to solve basic problems like asking for a blanket and they answered that they don't have any, they don't have heating either and one afternoon the shower water only came out cold, there was no hot water. We do not recommend that hotel at all.

It was centered in downtown town Merida . Everything was close by. Plus for the price it was perfect!
The breakfast buffett was a mess.. very disorganized! That was the part I didn’t enjoy.
Right in the heart of downtown, breakfast was great, service excellent, bed and pillows very comfortable, we recommend this hotel anytime, very safe.
