Roaches crawling down the walls. Dirty blankets. Disgusting place to stay. Went back to lobby and got a refund, stayed somewhere else.

Hotel is like a apartment complex. There is a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel. Strange people hanging around. Room smelled like urine.

I do not have any complaints about the hotel. I will definitely use it again. The staff was very helpful and friendly at the same time. The rooms were also were The rooms were all also clean.

Nice customer service from front desk. First two rooms were unexceptible..toilet didn't work, smell...the room we had to take TV did not work at all the whole stay no cable.

The staff more than make up for the slightly thin walls. Great price especially during a popular weekend in Memphis. Not far at all from downtown.
