The lobby and room were very nice. The breakfast was abysmal. I have pictures of it will let me post. Eggs and waffles and the most disgusting sausage patties the world has ever seen. Seriously, looked raw. Not just raw but food poisoning raw. Don’t touch it. Almost got sick just looking at it. Again, great room, great location, terrible breakfast. The worst hotel breakfast ever. EVER!!!

Great place! I travel all the time. I’m from Memphis and come here a lot. This is my go to place bc it’s basically a $200/night hotel a lot less. I can be down town or Collierville in 25 minutes. The Mall and decent restaurants are like 10 minutes away. The breakfast is typical. Frankly I hardly ever eat hotels breakfast unless I’m at a place that has room service. Typical fake eggs, biscuits/gravy, waffles, and so on.

Great rooms; the beds were fantastic; very accessable to i40. Doors were very hard to open; got hit in the arm, shoulder, and back trying to get into room. Breakfast was good but did not have meat Tuesday or Wednesday( had sausage on Monday but not other two days I was there.) Also had trouble with key cards on side door

Not what we expected

We chose to reserve and pay at property because we wanted to pay for our stay with cash. Front desk staff said the payment was automatic with the card on file and nothing they could do which is not true because we have done this before. There were some dirty finger prints on the wall and door way of the bathroom but the rest of the bathroom was clean. Room was clean and beds are comfortable if you like a firm mattress which we do. The breakfast was sub-par at best. It was more like a Continental breakfast with very few options. I purposely only reserve hotels that have buffet style breakfast because of our kids. This is not an experience we usually have with La Quinta hotels. Most likely would not stay at this location again.

Difficult

First, Elevator was broken upon arrival. With a broken leg the stairs were hard to navigate. Seconds, room was extremely warm. They had the heat on and it was lined 97 degrees outside!!! Third, could not find remote for the tv. They were going to bring one to us but then ended making us switch rooms because of the remote issue! Again, with a broken leg having to pack up everything and move again was difficult.
