We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is in a very pretty and well maintained area. All the trolleys stop are here.

Stayed here for 2 nights when seeing a show at the Orpheum. The room was a nice size and I loved having a view of the courtyard. I wish they had 2 queen beds instead of 2 full size beds. As far as downtown hotels go this was an excellent price & in a great location. I will definitely look into staying there again.

The staff was nice. The room was small but comfortable. Great location to Beale St.

Room small and no bath. Okay for downtown. It's just a hotel. Really nothing special. Good for a night.

The room was small, only had a queen bed. I highly doubt a king would have fit. It was clean, except the bathroom. The bathroom door was dirty and had major scratches all over it. There was mold and dirt in the corners of the shower and floor tile. I don't think I would recommend this place. Maybe, but doubt it.

Hotel is easy to find off I-40. Parking right in front of the hotel for $12 a night. We had a king size bed on the 4th floor. Room is small, but functional. It has a microwave and mini fridge. No tub, but a good sized shower. Enjoyed the hot breakfast in the mornings with eggs, sausage, and waffles. Hotel is several blocks from Beale St, but very walkable down Main St. There are many restaurants to choose from on Main and Beale St. It's probably best to leave the vehicle parked if your heading to Beale! The blues and brews flow freely there! Front desk staff were friendly and I would stay here again.

Stayed for one night just husband and wife for a short getaway without kids. After researching and sorting through reviews we decided to go for this hotel. So glad we did! Our priorities were cleanliness and location. Our room was great. The bathroom was spotless and the room was clean and did not smell. We requested smoke free and indeed it smelled smoke free. The rooms are on the smaller side but perfect for just the two of us. We stayed in the queen bedroom facing the little courtyard park. The rooms were updated with contemporary decor. The staff was good. Friendly. Nothing negative to report on that. The breakfast was not impressive so we walked down a couple blocks to a fresh juice bar place. The location is just blocks away from Beale st. Right in the heart of downtown and literally across from the Mississippi. This location is perfect. I would look into staying here again if we came back to menphis.

This place was great! Great location (walking distance to the stadiums the downtown historical sites& museums, and of course, Beale Street. Even in the cold of this January. If you like, the Main St. Streetcars roll right past as well. This will take you within a block of the Civil Rights Museum. The room was great for my needs and the cleanest on my 3 week road trip. The breakfast options were extensive, the exercise room was small but reasonably equipped. Most importantly, the folks at the front desk were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. They were prepared with directions to a laundromat, recognized you when you came and went, and one was even a Philadelphia Eagles fan. I would stay here again if I came back to Memphis.

This hotel is ideally located 5 blocks from Beale st. We found the accomodation comfortable and was nice to have breakfast included. If you have a car this place is great as there is parking for $12 a night. Our only frustrations was the lack of service and interest from the gentleman who checked us in and the functionality of the key (we had to have our cards reset 3 times in one day). On the other hand the lady who worked the morning shift was lovely and gave us great southern hospitality.

Room was comfortable . Easy walking distance from dining shopping and night life. Trolley system just a step out the back of the hotel was very convenient. Wasn't harassed to badly by the homeless but they were everywhere ...4 stars!

The room was small but very comfortable. I am unsure of the amenities because we just used the room for sleep. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room which was nice. The entire staff was very friendly and courteous. The trolley stop is right outside the hotel lobby, and Beale Street is only a few blocks away. We enjoyed our stay.

This is my second time staying at Sleep Inn. The location is good with the trolley running in the back only minutes from Beale St. I will stay here again next time I go to Memphis.

Room was clean, modern, comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than I've had in recent history.

Great staff, breakfast bar, easy to get to Bealle Street

The location was very good: you can walk to the main street in Memphis. Breakefast was fair...and had good facility in the room "safebox" and etc... Only one thing that we were disappointed was parking was not free and self parking space was limited, so needed to get valet parking.

This hotel was located in a great place. The back of the building opens up to Main Street and the trolley system. We got a 3 day pass for the trolley system ($4.00 for seniors). It travels all the way to Beale Street and beyond. The hotel was very clean and neat. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location.

Great location, super friendly staff, very clean, not expensive for a prime downtown location. Nice decor. Have stayed here in the past and will stay again in the future.

Wonderful suite, great location and excellent staff! Couldn't be happier!

The Sleep Inn was a good, economical choice. There are no luxuries, but the room was clean, the front desk was friendly, the location was fantastic, and the price was right.
