We travel a lot and usually stay at budget motels because we like to park right at outr door. This place was like luxury lodging at budget prices. I wish there were more of them across the US! Loved it!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice walking areas. Nice place to stay.

First day room was supposed to be ready at 4 checked in but couldnt get in room till 5 got double charged for my stay an additional 104.00 dollars stayed 2 days and no towels were available employees are rude and not friendly at alll.......

Base boards coming off the wall and lo and behold roaches crawling from everywhere. Air was nice and cold. Shower was clean. No remote for the tv. Afraid to even sit. I had to leave could stay and didn't bother asking for a refund. Too many people standing around in the parking lot idle.

While the hotel was adequate, the phone did not work. When I notified the front desk and asked that it be repaired they did nothing. I stayed four days and had no phone because I lost my cell phone in my travels. I was VERY disappointed and had to find a payphone to call my family or ask someone to use their call phone. It was very frustrating.

i had to go down and pick up the iron and the iron board the air condioner in the window took a long time to cool off the rm and the bathroom was not clean

We made a quick trip to Memphis to visit a friend and needed a place to stay overnight. We chose this hotel because it was relatively close to Memphis and affordable. No reason to pay over $100 a night for a one night, quick trip. The hotel was "decent," overall, but the beds were so uncomfortable that it almost negates the good points. Okay location with several restaurants in the area. However, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the one pillow per person quite insubstantial.

When I checked in everything was okay buy when I got to my room thats when all started to change. My first room the toilet was brooken and the front desk assistant didn't want to give me another room. Once I finally convinced him that we needed another room the room we got was worse then the first. Their was a strong smell of pee through out the room and when i brought it to the attention of the frint desk clerk they did nothing about it and didnt want to give me another room. I will never stay here again nor will i recomend this hotel to anyone.

Great if all you need is a place to sleep that is clean and quiet. The kitchen comes in handy too.

Nice room, comfortable bed. I liked the in-room dishes frig and microwave. Memphis has very good water, for shower and drinking. I needed a quiet place to sleep and was looking for in-expensive. I was really pleased. The lady at the desk was very helpful and nice.

If you're in town to see the Eagles play, then this is the perfect hotel. If you actually want to do anything else in Philadelphia, this hotel is horrible. While I was there, the staff was very rude and would not take care of minor requests like directions, subway instructions etc. The roo,s were clean and managable but there were no functional snack machines, one of the 3 elevators was broken as was the front door. This hotel is a serious walk from the subway and about 6 miles from any kind of food establishment besides the sports bar connected to the Phillies Stadium. The hotel has a restaurant but it has no liquor license and the food/service is so bad I perfered to travel back in the city for food every night. Overall, this is not a good hotel.
