Granted I only paid $52.00 for a night I will spend the extra money next time to get a better room. What was wrong. .. phone not plugged in, shower curtain is cloth so floor was soaked which I had to use what towels were in the room for that. No trash can, toilet clogged up on first use, room smells musty. I had to look up the number on Google to call the front desk to get the wi-fi password. No coffee maker. No continental breakfast. Lamp shades are tore up. One doesn't even work another I had to plug in. For hotel use please upgrade some of these things and the stay would be great. I'm not going to talk bad about something that just needs some tlc.

Don't believe all you read. These reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. As I've mentioned in previous reviews the cost of the room should be taken in consideration. Hell...I was only charged $47.00 (including tax) for the night. I'm a truck driver and I stay in hotels in cities that I'm not familiar with on a constant basis (approximately five nights a month). When I read these reviews that run down a cheap hotel from people who rarely stay at hotels I shake my head and wonder what they expect for $40/night. This is a small independent hotel in a poor town. It looks a little run down from the outside more due to the asphalt parking lot than anything else. The room was clean. It had all the typical amenities, ie. soap, linens, etc. but it also had a few things that I didn't expect for the rate charged like a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked great also. There is no continental breakfast. At check out I had a long chat with the owner about the hotel business. He was a nice Indian guy who said that he's in the process of upgrading the rooms one by one as money allows and I believe him. I will stop again in the future to see how that project is coming along.

Eww. Nothing about the motel is pleasant. The whole trip I was worried about getting scabies or robbed. Please, if you want a somewhat pleasurable trip STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This hotel is horrible! Even if you have to drive to Memphis to get a room---do it! I booked a king nonsmoking room. They overbooked, so when I arrived I was given a queen smoking room. They had their rooms later than they advertised so I had to go to the ballgame first and then check in. It was nasty, no washclothes, no cups, and the door didn't shut and lock properly.

Dirty (shower curtain has mold and mildew), when I checked out early I was charged an extra day. This was not told to me at check in. Don't go there.

My first stay at this site was met with great disappointment. My first visit in Millington and my first time at the Hotel was met with great despair. I felt that the manager did not take care of me as the customer. My room was dirty, the refrigerator was dripping of water and the door wide open, the bathroom was smelling of urine...I could not believe it. I have never encountered such poor service. He was kind enough to give me another room however, I had to go to the Dollar store and purchase cleaning material to clean the bathroom and the floor. The sheets were never changed from my first night there and we did not receive fresh linen or towels or a made bed after the second night. I have attempted to contact Siruck (Manager) but, he did not return my call and also they chareged me from when I placed a reservation on the 31st of August from Indiana. They charged me for a day I had not arrived there as yet. I arrived on September the 2nd. I am devistated to have been treated this way and not be reimbursed for a mistake that this company has made. I will not let this rest until I am reimbursed for what is right!

During our move we used the Magnolia Suites and Inn, and have since housed relatives and friends several times for a night or two. I very highly recommend the Suites, they are clean, cofortable, well maintained and set up to accomodate any traveler.
