Orbitz was the terrible problem. the hotel was overbooked and we were given another hotel to go to. That hotel had 28 referrals and there weren't 28 rooms. We were just lucky we got there early enough to secure a room. I will never use orbitz again.

They called and sent to and ther hotel 2 doors down (home 2 suite by Hilton), It stunk so badly from the time we got into the hotel to our rooms, when we took a shower water was running onto the carpet it smelled like mildew and mold. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. And the television volume would increase and decrease on its own. Holiday Inn should have been able to accommodate us due to us having pre arranged a week in advance. uncomfortable

TV in our room did not work. Only alternative was to move rooms after we had already settled in so since it was just one night we stayed there.. not up to par. Bathroom wasn’t completely clean. Elevators were dirty. The staff that we dealt with was friendly, but didn’t seem to be able to answer all of our questions.? Wasn’t as good as when we stayed there six months ago.
