My stay was comfortable and I love the location. It was close and in walking distance to great restaurants and near the expressway. I didn't get up to eat breakfast so I can't give details on that but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Great customer service!!

Clean room, beds are soft and comfortable, pillows are comfortable with both a softer one and a more firm one, plenty of parking, close to restaurants and shopping, easy on and off the interstate. Would recommend and stay again. This was my second time staying.

The staff person, Samuel changed our room to a handicap room from our reserved king bed. We were mived four times with the last move being because of roaches in the bathroom. The room rates were changed repeatedly. After standing my ground and for all we had been through, the person at the front desk, Melissa took half off our original price. I was pleased with that.

Orbitz was the terrible problem. the hotel was overbooked and we were given another hotel to go to. That hotel had 28 referrals and there weren't 28 rooms. We were just lucky we got there early enough to secure a room. I will never use orbitz again.

They called and sent to and ther hotel 2 doors down (home 2 suite by Hilton), It stunk so badly from the time we got into the hotel to our rooms, when we took a shower water was running onto the carpet it smelled like mildew and mold. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. And the television volume would increase and decrease on its own. Holiday Inn should have been able to accommodate us due to us having pre arranged a week in advance. uncomfortable
