The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, it was way too hard, almost rock like, perhaps needs to be replaced. I noticed, when I had to make the bed when staff did not make it, that it was once a pillow top that has been flattened down to almost pancake height.
We stayed for 4 nights, there was no service on a Sunday, which we found to be very unusual.
The room was clean, bathroom was rather tired looking, the corner shower wasn't very roomy either.
We did note that the housekeeping staff did not make the bed properly on a daily basis, the bottom sheet had not been straightened up and tucked in, was left hanging by the side of the mattress and the quilt had just been pulled up rather hurriedly it looked like and not folded down properly.
Our room's carpet was not vacuumed for the entire stay as we noted breadcrumbs from our food were present until we checked out.
We noted that one day the dirty towels that we had placed in the towel basket were not removed from our room but they did leave fresh towels that day.
It is also rather unusual that face washers are not provided.
