The bed was meant to be Queen size & was far too soft for us. The pillows were soft. The room was very stuffy & couldn't open the window as ther was no winder...only to be told a few days later the window winder is kept on the cutlery draw.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted in a courteous and timely manner. However, during my first night, the fire alarm was triggered, and it became apparent that the staff was unaware of the situation. This caused significant confusion, with guests congregating in the lobby. Despite the commotion, the staff continued with check-ins and failed to communicate effectively with those of us who had evacuated the building. The following day, I inquired as to why the apartment hotel did not provide knives, making it difficult to prepare meals. It seems essential to have a sharp knife, particularly if guests are expected to cook. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was to save on dining expenses, and this was a major inconvenience. Additionally, I noticed that the website stated a late check-out option was available "subject to availability" and free of charge for an extra hour. However, when I requested this, I received a generic response stating that I would need to pay a \$30 fee, despite the website's conflicting information. This discrepancy left me somewhat disappointed.

Great location, just on edge of free tram zone, close to supermarket, easy walking distance to main CBD area. Swimming pool is really big and qarm, hot tub is lovely. Rooms are big with a living area and a kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here - the room was clean and comfortable, the staff and housekeeping was exceptional, and the place was in a great location. However, I was a little disappointed as the listing showed the rooms with a view, but instead I had a window that looked out into the window of a different room on the same level. It would have been helpful if the description clarified this so guests knew what to expect. Overall, for the price and location, it was a good place to stay.

Unreasonable about check in - wouldn't check me in under the name I booked in (shortened version of my full name) Despite being able to show my drivers license and passport. They did work through that which took time but got there in the end. There was a fire alarm in the evening. I evacuated as per instructions over the speaker and got downstairs to the reception where no one knew that it was going off, there was NO clear communication on evacuation dspite fire engines turning up etc. No leadership, no direction. Very scary if there was in fact a fire (it was a false alarm)

Property was way too small, the pictures are very deceiving. I was immediately and noticeably disappointed as I entreated.. Whilst it was clean it actually did make me feel nothing other then regret I didn’t book elsewhere.
