Very comfy beds

Worst 4 star property in the world with rude, racist staff

The swimming pool is great for kids to do after a long day. I like the kitchen, great with families travelling. The location was very accessible and in the center of everything. A lot of nice restaurants close by.

I liked the bartender Regan that I dealt with. Also the room was nice except for two things. The main one being that every morning you had to kill little bugs that crawled up the shower stall. I believe they came from a little hole at the bottom of the shower. Not a very pleasant way to take a shower. I should have asked for a different room from Room 1214 but did not feel like moving everything. I told someone to look at it when I checked out on the nineteenth, Also the room were cleaned very late in the day usually between four and five. Also some days there were no face cloths to wash your face. This should never happen at a hotel. One day I told the guy doing something on the 12th floor and none were brought.

Highly recommend. Stored our luggage prior to check in & called us when our room was ready for early check in.

I some disappointed as I think this is VIP Hotel by Orbitz.. but they said my booking by expedia and no any VIP hotel benefit, so i think can't show VIP hotel at Orbtiz website. And hotel is good, clean and easy to go Victoria market, walk to there around 10 mins... and the tram / train station need around 7-8 mins by walk. The kitchen tools also seem new and good and more charges at the room. If you need to big supermarket need around 10-15 mins by walk.

Pegasus was certainly the best place to stay while we visited Melbourne for our first time! Located a short walk or tram ride from so many highlights of the city! The staff were so welcoming , friendly & helpful in every way! Exceeded our expectations !

The hotel is clean and close to the Queen Victoria Market. It is convenient to stay there. I have extended my stay there for additional one night and the charge was very high. In addition, the Pegasus Apart’Hotel has charged two deposits on my credit card. I have checked out the hotel on Jan. 17th, 2017. The Pegasus Apart’Hotel has not released my deposit holdings as of today, even though I have phoned the hotel managers two times. Next time, I have to be more careful and think twice if I need stay in the Pegasus Apart’Hotel, how can I avoid to be overcharged and how can I avoid holding my deposits for long time by the Pegasus Apart’Hotel?

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and convenient the Pegasus turned out to be. We chose it because of its price and location. We received an upgrade to a larger room! The room was comfortable and the staff was outstanding!

The location is super convenient. Walk-in distance to any major POI. Staff are also very nice. In my first room, I can hear consistent noises (maybe from the air pipe) in my room. After hearing my complain, they quickly arrange me into another room.

The location is about 15-20 minutes walking distance to the downtown area. It is nothing much to see around that area. I am sure there are better places out there to stay in this city.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We liked the location, it was near the Queen Victoria Market and within walking distance to the bus stops. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are much smaller than than described Despite premium price for small room parking is $22 per day! And parking garage was empty.

Comfortable - connected with public transport!!!!!

Nothing too fancy about this hotel, it gets the job done but they were missing some amenities and wasn't well serviced when I first came in (eg. Had to call front desk to ask for a frying pan, air vents not working, stove badly designed for the large frying pan I was given and the plastic on the edges burnt when I first turned it on). The lamps were broken and I had to ask for them to be replaced. But good friendly staff and willing to help, and and was comfortable in the hotel. Pool was nice and heated, and in a great indoor area.

I'll definitely reserve this hotel when I visit Melbourne next time.
